Luminous Meadow, Yosemite National Park, California

The month of May brings warm temperatures to California's Yosemite National Park, with melting snow in the high country and thundering waterfalls, springtime greenery, flowers and flooded meadows in the valleys. This photograph shows early morning sunlight illuminating one such meadow on the floor of Yosemite Valley.
