Woodland Stream Reflection, Strongsville, Ohio
This photograph was captured in 1976 on Kodachrome 25 film. It brings back
memories of wandering in the woods around home looking for pictures. The image shows
a reflection of the
woods in a still pool in a shallow stream. What I found interesting was that rotating a polarizer on the lens controlled how much of
the streambed showed through the reflection, as did the amount of direct
sunlight falling on the streambed. The location of this photo was developed for housing in the late 1980s.
