The chilly day began with a drizzle of rain and high winds that made it feel incredibly cold. I captured this photograph in ferrocious wind from a high point I found along the coastline. I knelt behind a large boulder where the air was relatively calm to shield myself and prevent wind induced vibration in the tripod from blurring the image.
