Mount Moran, Autumn Aspens and Fog, Wyoming

This photograph shows Wyoming's Mount Moran emerging from morning fog with a foreground of brightly lit aspens at peak color. Named for frontier landscape artist Thomas Moran, the mountain stands 12,610 feet (3840 m) high and dominates the northern section of the Teton Range.
