Nearly all of our print sales are made through
galleries and at various events
that Dean participates in each year. As a convenience for our customers we occasionally sell prints
directly to those
who are either unable to purchase at one of these venues or need a print and/or
size that is unavailable at these venues. Pricing is the same regardless of
where or how prints are purchased, but packaging and shipping charges are
added to all purchases that must be shipped.
All of our framed prints
include glass. They are
packaged, insured, and shipped by our local UPS Store. We pass along their charges
with no additional markup. We package bare prints ourselves. They are rolled with
interleaving paper in a heavy 3" or larger diameter tube. Small matted
prints and small bare prints are shipped flat.
Small prints (image
sizes 8x10 inches
or less and mat sizes 11x14 inches or less) are not made to
order. Their availability is restricted to our current stock, which always
includes over 120 different photographs.
To inquire about purchasing directly from us please send an
email stating:
1. The image title and approximate size needed.
2.
Whether you want a bare print, a matted print, or a matted and framed print.
3. Whether you can pick up the print in Euclid, Ohio, or whether it must be
shipped.
4. If the print must be shipped please include the shipping
address.
We will respond with a quote, the approximate turnaround
time, and payment details. Every print we sell is personally printed,
inspected, and signed by Dean, so turnaround time depends on his availability. Normal
turnaround is five to ten business days. If Dean is away on a photo
shoot turnaround can be several weeks.
