Grotto Sunset, Southern Ocean, Victoria, Australia
This unusual formation was made when erosion by the surf at high tide formed
a sea cave that met a sinkhole in the limestone cliffs along Victoria's
coastline. Being here at high tide is a bad idea, but when the low tide occurs at the proper time, the unusual geology
provides
a unique view of sunset over the Southern Ocean.
