Erskine Falls cascades 98 feet (30 meters) into the lush tree fern gully of the
Erskine River. The sheltered gullies of Great Otway National Park have a dense
canopy of non-eucalypt tree species, climbers, broad-leafed shrubs and tree
ferns. These provide umbrellas of shade for a variety of ferns, shrubs, mosses
and a myriad of other life-forms.
