Turret Arch through North Window Arch

This photograph was taken on a clear morning, just after sunrise. The red Entrada Sandstone glows in the amber rays of the day’s first light. Arches National Park contains over 200 natural stone spans, ranging from a 3 foot opening to a span that is 105 feet high and 291 feet from base to base. The opening in the North Window is about 40 feet high.
