We recently made a couple of purchases from ColorHQ. The
first was routine, a roll of paper that we purchased from ColorHQ only because they had good pricing. The paper shipped free and arrived only two days after we ordered. Great! Unfortunately UPS damaged it, as they have done with a
number of items lately. I called ColorHQ regarding this and spoke with a person who simply couldn’t have been nicer. We had a replacement roll the next day!
.
A couple weeks later we ordered some ink for our Epson 7900 printer from ColorHQ. We ordered from them because of how they performed previously and because their prices were as good as anyone else’s. We needed to get this within a few
days so we could finish two printing jobs before going to Florida on a photo shoot. I was a bit concerned before ordering because I previously learned from Epson that this ink had been out of stock “everywhere” for weeks and was on
backorder at Epson. Since I ordered online late on a Thursday night, I included a note with my order asking ColorHQ to contact us if they had no stock. The next day (Friday) we got a phone call. They had no stock, but expected
the ink from Epson the following Wednesday. Under normal circumstances that would have been fine, but it was too late for us. By the time the ink could get from them to us we would not have enough time to finish our work and get it to
our client. When we explained the situation the person at Color HQ said he would try to source the ink elsewhere. He did, he let us know, and it arrived on Monday!

I think the events above speak for themselves. The people at ColorHQ obviously bent over backwards to get us what we needed when we needed it, even though our orders were not large ones. And they were extremely nice about doing it. Did I
mention that we initially ordered from ColorHQ because they had great prices? For great pricing, great people, and impeccable service, I highly recommend giving ColorHQ a try.
